Does anyone have the sales figures for the month of October for Camaro, Mustang and Challenger?

I'm starting to think the challenger is going to have the same problems in the past (1970s) with sales. Then somehow 40 years later, if you happen to buy the right combination Challenger, it'll end up appriacting.

That's usually the case.

Challenger might end up being the best 'investment' of the current crop of pony/muscle cars, decades from now.

Not wanting to hijack the thread but I'm wondering how many Camaro sales are conquest sales (i.e. how many are trading in Mustangs, BMWs etc... ?)

Mustang 56,469
Camaro 47,233
---------------
Difference 9,236

Challenger 21,276

Going to be very close by the end of the year!
BTW in my post above if you click on the links it gives you this info. Takes you to GM, Ford, & Chryslers sales data if you are interested.

This time last year Ford had sold 83,557 Mustangs...they are down 32.4% this year.

It's going to be close for the year. I know around here Ford is pushing the Mustang quite a bit. I think they were hoping for a bigger sales jump with the redesign.

One has to wonder if the Camaro is really taking away some Mustang sales as well as gaining it's own because if you were to add in the Camaro sales to the other two this year it's in the ballpark for the total Mustang/Challenger sales for last year.
